Advanced Medical Rehab of Uptown has board certified medical doctors and chiropractors on staff with transportation provided by the clinic. AMR also offers Spanish and Vietnamese translators. If you have been involved in an automobile crash or work injury and whether you are experiencing symptoms yet or not, get evaluated by doctors with science-based training to treat these injuries. We also assure that work status is completed by physician to aid in patients that are able to work during their treatment process. We can also make all pertinent and medical documents available to both attorneys and carriers.

Richard Tucker, DC
Dr. Richard A. Tucker graduated from Nicholls State University with Bachelor of Science degrees in Animal Science and Human Anatomy. After college, Tucker completed his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree (D.C) at Parker University in Dallas, Texas. During his educational career, Tucker received an advanced certification in Whiplash Biomechanics and Injury Traumatology along with a certification in Low Speed Rear Impact Automobile Crash Reconstruction. In addition, Tucker received a Manipulation Under Anesthesia Certification (M.U.A), Acupuncture Certification, Disability Impairment Rating Certification, and an O.S.H.A Ergonomics Training Certification. Tucker is a Board Qualified Chiropractic Orthopedist and a Board Certified Diplomat in Pain Management.
Victor Flynn, DC
Dr. Victor K. Flynn graduated from Parker College in Dallas, Texas with a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree (D.C). Flynn received an advanced certification in Diagnosis and Clinical Management of Cervical Acceleration and Deceleration Trauma and Whiplash related temporomandibular joint disorders. In addition, Flynn received a certification Low Speed Rear Impact Automobile Crash Reconstruction. Flynn is a certified Chiropractic Sports Physician and on the American Chiropractic Rehabilitation Board.

Rose has been the Practice Administrator at Advanced Medical Centers of Gretna, Gentilly and Uptown/Mid City, since 2005. Rose has spent many years in the healthcare field moving up through the ranks as she progressed from one hospital to the next. She is well-versed in every aspect of operations in hospital business offices and clinic practices especially Orthopedics. Her expertise in these areas has allowed her to design and set into motion new protocols for all three clinics. She is extremely adept at handling any issues that arise for our patients, clients and staff.
Maritza Harris
Maritza has been with Advanced Medical Center of Gretna, Uptown, and now Gentilly since 2008, with the experience as front desk she quickly worked her way to her current position as supervisor, she deals with the attorneys and paralegals. We are glad to have Maritza as one of our bilingual staff to serve our Spanish speaking patients.
Fannie Collins
Fannie has been with Advanced Medical Center since 2006. She is skilled and efficient in many areas of the practice. Her background in Medical/Auto Insurance, Commercial, Liability, and Worker’s compensation as well as leadership have broaden her horizons and equipped her to be the leader she is today. Her current position has given her an opportunity to network, learn, grow and expand to assist our patients and attorneys with information. Fannie enjoys assisting others, being as aid in problem solving and hearing the approved satisfaction in the voices of those she has helped.

Pamela Conley, MD
Dr. Pamela Conley graduated from the University of Southwestern Louisiana with a bachelor’s degree in microbiology. After completing her undergraduate education, Pamela received her doctor of medicine from the Louisiana State University School of Medicine. Pamela completed a Pediatric Program Internship at the Baylor College of Medicine. In addition, Pamela studied at the Department of Pediatrics at The Louisiana State University School of Medicine.
Ryan Pollard, DC
Ryan Pollard graduated from, Stillman College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and received a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree (D.C) form Life University in Marietta, Georgia. In 2018, Pollard completed his Whiplash and Brain Injury Traumatology at the Spine Research Institute of San Diego.
