Nearly 20 years ago, Michelle Seiler Tucker realized that there was a gap in providing quality care for personal and worker’s compensation injured patients throughout the greater New Orleans area. Therefore, she founded Advanced Medical Rehab, which now has 10 locations. Michelle continues to oversee public relations as well as the clinics; she is dedicated to ensuring that AMR always provides the upmost quality client experience and above board patient care. She is passionate about the clients and patients that AMR has the privilege of servicing and caring for daily.
Richard Tucker, DC

Dr. Richard A. Tucker graduated from Nicholls State University with Bachelor of Science degrees in Animal Science and Human Anatomy. After college, Tucker completed his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree (D.C) at Parker University in Dallas, Texas. During his educational career, Tucker received an advanced certification in Whiplash Biomechanics and Injury Traumatology along with a certification in Low Speed Rear Impact Automobile Crash Reconstruction. In addition, Tucker received a Manipulation Under Anesthesia Certification (M.U.A), Acupuncture Certification, Disability Impairment Rating Certification, and an O.S.H.A Ergonomics Training Certification. Tucker is a Board Qualified Chiropractic Orthopedist and a Board Certified Diplomat in Pain Management.
Victor Flynn, DC

Dr. Victor K. Flynn graduated from Parker College in Dallas, Texas with a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree (D.C). Flynn received an advanced certification in Diagnosis and Clinical Management of Cervical Acceleration and Deceleration Trauma and Whiplash related temporomandibular joint disorders. In addition, Flynn received a certification Low Speed Rear Impact Automobile Crash Reconstruction. Flynn is a certified Chiropractic Sports Physician and on the American Chiropractic Rehabilitation Board.
Robert Lizana, DC
Principal of AMR Metairie
Dr. Rob, along with his wife, Dr. Jeri Lizana, opened the American Back Institute 30 years ago. Dr. Lizana was born and raised in New Orleans and graduated from Holy Cross High School in 1977. After attending Southeastern Louisiana University, he graduated from Life Chiropractic College in Marietta, GA with his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree. With a focus in the care of Professional Athletes, Dr. Rob has treated over 300 NFL players from 17 different teams across the country, personally delivering over 7,900 visits to these professionals. 100% of the Pro Athletes that he treats are from referrals by fellow teammates, team physicians, trainers, and coaches, all wanting to improve the overall performance and health condition of their fellow athletes. Dr. Rob has been caring for NFL athletes, predominantly, the players of the New Orleans Saints Team, regularly over the past 15 years, including their 2009-2010 Championship season. That year, he was brought to Miami to care for players the week of, the night before and the morning of their Super Bowl Victory.
Jim McCue, DC

Dr. McCue has over 21 years of clinical experience. Originally from Connecticut he moved to Louisiana in 1994 and felt right at home with the abundance of great food, great music and the general good time vibe that permeates the southeastern Louisiana culture. Dr. McCue enjoys spending time with his wife, Angela, and daughter, Molly, and is frequently found enjoying their weekends along the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Dr. McCue is an avid runner and triathlete and recently completed the six world major marathons (New York, Boston, Chicago, Berlin, London and Tokyo).
James Shoemaker, DC
Principal of AMR Chalmette
Dr. James Shoemaker received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas, Austin and his Doctor of Chiropractic from the Cleveland Chiropractic College (MO), the National College of Chiropractic, and the Texas College of Chiropractic. He has taken courses about whiplash and brain injury traumatology, physical therapy, and kinesiology and is board certified in many aspects of the chiropractic field. He is licensed as a Board Qualified Chiropractic Orthopedist, ACA and is also a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician. Dr. Shoemaker is also a Professional Sports Certified Chiropractic Physician and a chiropractic Staff Member for the PGA.
Jennifer Irwin, DC

Dr. Jennifer Irwin is Webster certified and is currently pursuing her post-doctoral orthopedic diplomat. Dr. Irwin has extensive experience in treating whiplash injuries, and are proud to serve in a network of physicians to provide the highest level of care to each and every patient.
Robert Dale, DC

A native of Florida, Dr. Dale earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from Florida Atlantic University in 1971. The desire for additional education prompted him to study for and attain his Masters Degree from University of North Florida in 1976. An avid fisherman and outdoors enthusiast, Dr. Dale became a Louisiana resident in 1979 and has fallen in love with the Sportsman's Paradise. After receiving successful Chiropractic Treatment for a low back problem, Dr. Dale returned to Life Chiropractic College - West in the Dan Francisco Bay area where after 4 years of study and internship he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree. Dr. Dale moved back to Louisiana in 1986 and has been in practice where he resides with his wife Karen and children Shelby, Abbey and Robby.

Maddi is a valuable member of the AMR family, she specializes in public relations for our ten different multidisciplinary clinics. As our liaison, she provides support and obtains feedback in which to ensure quality patient care in conjunction with improving the AMR client experience. Maddi graduated Summa Cum Laude from Tulane University where she earned her degree in Social and Behavioral Science. She also attended UC Berkeley where she was a member of the women’s crew team. In her free time she enjoys swimming, water polo, exploring New Orleans, and spending time with her friends and family.
